Australia’s Climate Commissions has produced a new report
that applauds China for “moving to the top of the leader board on climate
change”. China’s carbon emissions is expected to peak soon, driven by an accelerated
push in investment of renewable energy, and 7 pilot emissions trading schemes
that will come on-line later in the year. The country already has the highest
renewable power capacity in the world.
