2013 Policy Address

Joint letter to the Chief Executive

24 environmental and civic groups sent a joint letter to the Chief Executive requesting him to include nature conservation in the forthcoming Policy Address. Specifically the groups encourage the government to undertake a fully participatory process for developing Hong Kong’s first ever Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan.
